Webhooks you can trust
Every conversation emits events. Point them at your own systems to file orders, open tickets or update a CRM.
The events
Lifecycle events for calls and chats, transcript events when the text is ready, and outcome events when an order or a booking is confirmed. Subscribe to the ones you need.
Verifying a request
Each request carries an X-WeTalk-Signature header holding a timestamp and a hex HMAC-SHA256 of the timestamp and the raw body. Compute it with your signing secret, compare in constant time, and reject anything older than five minutes. Rotate the secret from Settings without downtime: during the window the header carries both signatures and you promote when you are ready.
When your endpoint is down
We retry with backoff for seven days and show every attempt with the response you returned. Nothing is silently dropped.
