Connect your systems with a spec
Give an agent an OpenAPI file, a base URL and a key. It calls only the operations you list, and every call it makes is in the event log with the status it got back.
Events for everything
Point them at your endpoint and verify the signature with your signing secret.
- call.started, call.ended — the conversation's lifecycle on a phone line
- transcript.ready — the text is written and readable
- order.confirmed, booking.created — an outcome the agent reached
- campaign.finished, agent.published — something you started has completed
Keys with scopes
Read-only keys for a kitchen screen, conversation keys for a widget, full access for your own scripts. Each key is shown once and is revocable.
